iSinwheel Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At iSinwheel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our dedicated quality control and assurance teams inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure product quality. Please review our policies below to understand the procedures and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
14-Day No Reason Returns
- Eligibility: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected], stating your reason for return and providing your order number. Once your request is approved, you can return the item to our Canada warehouse. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, excluding return shipping costs (C$60), to your original payment method. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their order if the item has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- Delayed Fulfillment: If we fail to fulfill and ship the order within 7 business days, customers can request an order cancellation. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
Exchange Policy
- Undamaged/Unused Products: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, undamaged and unused iSinwheel products are eligible for replacement without the customer bearing the freight and additional handling charges.
- Products with Quality Problems: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, products with quality problems are eligible for a full refund (including freight) or a partial refund, with no handling charge. The replacement process will commence immediately on the second business day after receiving the returned package.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Validity
- An RMA must be requested from iSinwheel within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. Once approved, returns should be sent to our Canada warehouse. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Important Notes
- Damaged or Missing Accessories: For items with damaged or missing accessories, free replacement or partial refund is available.
- Price Difference Refunds:
- Incorrect Delivery Address or Refused Packages: If a customer provides the wrong delivery address, refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues, or does not want the package, the customer needs to pay an extra C$60 for resending.
Refund Processing Timeframe
- Processing Time: For returned items or items for exchange, it will take us 3–6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
- Refund Timeframe:
- Express Shipping Cost: Express shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Shipped Orders: We don't issue refunds after your order has shipped out.

Please contact us through our email address before returning or exchanging the product, explaining your problem, and providing pictures corresponding to the product. If you do not inform us in advance, we have the right to refuse a refund. Our service hours are 8 AM–4 PM (PDT) and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
