Hiboy Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Express shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment due to non-quality issues or provide an incorrect delivery address, additional shipping fees will apply. For electric scooters, the fee ranges from $50 to $80 USD, and for electric bikes, it's $200 USD.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary based on the product:

Exchange Policy

  • Non-Quality Issues: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, products with non-quality issues can be exchanged. The customer will be charged shipping costs ranging from $30 to $50 USD.
  • Quality Issues: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, products with quality issues are eligible for exchange with shipping costs covered by Hiboy.

Refund Processing Timeframe

  • Processing Time: For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3–6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

Important Notes

  • Refurbished Products: No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable for refurbished scooters. A 2-week warranty is provided for electronic parts, including the controller, battery, motor, and charger. Refurbished scooters may exhibit signs of wear, such as scratches or torn stickers.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers should keep the original packaging or provide similar packaging for returns. If the original packaging is not retained, an extra $60–$100 USD will be charged to provide a new box.
  • Incorrect Delivery Address or Refused Packages: If a customer provides an incorrect delivery address or refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues, an extra $50–$200 USD will be charged for resending the package.
