iScooter Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At iScooter, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our dedicated quality control and assurance teams inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure product quality. Please review our policies below to understand the procedures and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations: All order cancellation requests must be made on the same day the order is placed. Once the order is processed, cancellations will be treated as returns and will be subject to our standard return policy.
Address Changes
- Shipping Address Updates: Address change requests must be made on the order date. We cannot guarantee that updates requested after this period will be processed before the order is completed. Note: The order is considered shipped once the tracking number is generated.
Refund and Return Policy
- Non-Defective Products/No Longer Needed Products

Exchange Policy
- Non-Quality Issues: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, products with non-quality issues can be exchanged. The customer will be charged shipping costs ranging from $30 to $50.
- Quality Issues: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, products with quality issues are eligible for exchange with shipping costs covered by iScooter.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Validity
- RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Please ensure that returns are shipped within this timeframe.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Accessories: Accessories must be returned together with the scooter. Accessories purchased separately are not returnable.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Log in to your account and ensure the email address matches the one used to place the order. Submit a return request, ensuring all return criteria are met, and upload necessary documents and pictures.
- Approval and Shipping: Upon confirmation, ship the product back using the provided shipping label. Pack the product in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage.
- Refund Processing: Once the returned items are received and verified, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method:
Important Notes
- Customer Responsibility: Customers should keep the original packaging or provide similar packaging for returns. Damaged or missing accessories may incur additional fees or partial refunds.
- Incorrect Delivery Address or Refused Packages: If a customer provides an incorrect delivery address, refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues, or does not want the package, an extra $40 to $50 will be charged for the shipping cost of each package. We are not responsible for the loss of packages due to incorrect delivery addresses.
- Processing Time: For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
