At iScooter, we are dedicated to providing high-quality electric scooters and accessories that meet your expectations. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure that you have the best possible experience with our products. Please review the following terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage
iScooter offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all major electric scooter models, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is available exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What is covered:
Frame: Any defects in the frame material or workmanship that compromise the structure of the scooter.
Battery: Any performance issues, such as failure to hold a charge or significant capacity loss under normal usage conditions.
Motor: Malfunctions in the motor, causing a failure in performance.
Controller: Failures in the electrical system or controller affecting the operation of the scooter.
Throttle/Display: Malfunctions in the throttle or display, affecting the ability to control the scooter or read essential data.
What is not covered:
Wear and Tear: Damage caused by regular usage, such as tire wear, brake pad degradation, and cable wear.
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, collisions, or user mishandling.
Improper Use: Issues arising from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use beyond the scooter’s weight and capacity limits.
Water Damage: Damage caused by water exposure beyond the scooter’s rated IP protection.
Battery Degradation: After 6 months, natural battery wear and gradual loss of capacity is not covered by the warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact iScooter Support: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to verify warranty eligibility.
Inspection Process: If necessary, we may request you to send the product or parts for inspection.
Warranty Resolution: Once we confirm the defect is covered under warranty, we will provide one of the following resolutions:

Exclusions & Limitations

International Warranty: The warranty is valid internationally; however, coverage may vary depending on local regulations. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Negligence and Misuse: Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow maintenance instructions is not covered.
Battery Warranty Details
6-Month Battery Warranty: iScooter provides a 6-month warranty on batteries from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and issues such as failure to charge or significant capacity loss under normal use.
Battery Degradation: Battery performance naturally declines over time with regular use. After 6 months, natural degradation is not covered under the warranty. We recommend adhering to proper battery maintenance practices to maximize battery life.
Extended Warranty Options

Warranty for Accessories
1-Year Warranty: Accessories, such as chargers, storage bags, and helmets, come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s Not Covered: Accidental damage, wear and tear, and misuse are not covered under the warranty for accessories.
