At Isinwheel, we’re committed to providing high-quality electric scooters, e-bikes, and accessories. Our warranty policy ensures your experience with Isinwheel products is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read through the details of our warranty coverage, terms, and conditions below.

Warranty Coverage

Isinwheel offers a 12-month warranty on all major electric scooter and e-bike models from the date of purchase, covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is covered:

• Frame: Defects in materials or workmanship affecting the structure.
• Battery: Issues with battery performance, including failure to charge or significant capacity loss under normal usage.
• Motor: Faults in the electric motor that hinder performance or functionality.
• Controller: Failures in the electrical system or controller causing functional issues.
• Throttle/Display: Defective throttle or display systems that prevent proper operation.

What is not covered:

• Wear and Tear: Components such as tires, brake pads, grips, and cables that experience regular wear from normal use.
• Accidental or Impact Damage: Any damage caused by crashes, drops, or user mishandling.
• Improper Use: Issues caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use beyond the product's specified limits.
• Water Damage: Damage caused by exposure to water that exceeds the product’s IP rating.
• Battery Degradation: After the first 6 months, normal battery wear and gradual capacity loss is not covered.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone. Provide your order number and describe the issue in detail.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to confirm your warranty eligibility.
3. Send the Product for Inspection: If necessary, you may need to ship the defective product or part to us for inspection.
4. Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed under warranty, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Exclusions & Limitations

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning items for warranty claims. Isinwheel will cover the return shipping for warranty-approved claims.
• International Warranty: Our warranty is valid internationally, but local laws may affect coverage in different regions. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs.
• Misuse or Negligence: Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or failure to maintain the product in accordance with the user manual is excluded from the warranty.

Battery Warranty Details

• Battery Coverage: Isinwheel provides a 6-month warranty on batteries. After 6 months, natural battery wear is not covered under warranty.
• Battery Life Expectancy: As batteries degrade over time with use, performance may decrease gradually. We recommend following best practices for charging and storing the battery to extend its lifespan.

Extended Warranty Options

For additional peace of mind, Isinwheel offers extended warranty plans. These plans extend your coverage beyond the standard 12-month period. You can find more details and pricing for extended warranties on our website.

Warranty for Accessories

• 1-Year Warranty: Accessories such as chargers, helmets, and storage bags come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
• What’s Not Covered: Accidental damage, misuse, and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

The Isinwheel warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of defective products. Our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product or part according to the terms outlined in this warranty.
