Return & Refund Policy

At TEEWING, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item by contacting us at info@teewing.com. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customers must use a shipping method that includes tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Damage or loss caused by customer misuse.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate a Return: Email info@teewing.com with your order number and photos/videos of the items. We’ll assess your request and respond within 3 business days.
  2. Ship the Item Back: If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Use a tracked and signed shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your item (within 3-5 business days), we’ll process an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we’ll cover all return costs and issue a full refund.
  • For buyer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong item/size ordered), you’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. If you don’t see the refund after this period, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
  3. If unresolved, email us at info@teewing.com.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled if the payment is completed but the package hasn’t shipped. Contact us promptly at info@teewing.com for a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
